Lots of glitches when casting to google chrome, can’t lock your phone without the cast dropping out. Cast only is in portrait mode not landscape which is stupid on a tv. Daily planner should have option to skip or hide a workout and get a different one the next day, otherwise same workout sits there until you do it

Love love LOVE this app! I am halfway through my first running programme (first time I haven’t quit in my life) and have become obsessed with Pilates. And omg the recipes! Honestly, thanks guys this app is life changing and beautiful. As a uni student LOVE the budget recipes too. 5/5 everyone should definitely try!! This app leaves no room for excuses either.

I really wanted to love this app, but it’s just a bit underwhelming. The recipes I tried weren’t for me and I didn’t the follow along classes - I found listening to Laura and Steph chatting more annoying. I know it’s super popular and very well liked but I found it too unstructured and I missed the progressive nature of other apps I’ve used.

I got onto the KIC app through listening to Steph and Laura’s podcast and man I’m so stoked I did. Two words, affordable and accessible! With an insane amount of videos at different lengths and type of workouts, it makes working out super accessible.

When I’ve had a long day, a 10 minute workout seems achievable and leaves me feeling proud of myself for moving my body. And often that 10 minute workout is all you need to motivate more.

It’s super affordable and I love everything the KIC stands for. Thank you girls and team for creating this 💛👏🏻

I have literally never left a review in my life for an app. But KIC deserves all the kind words I have to say. I am so qualified to train myself, I have a degree in strength in conditioning and have worked as a personal trainer for 5 years. Something was always not quiet right about training myself. Thinking about my own workouts and planning for myself just was never possible for me. KIC has transformed how I look at myself exercising, the pressure I once felt and conformed to is completely gone. This app and Steph and Laura have changed the entire game! I can’t wait to see what they achieve together with KIC I just know it’s changing the world one girl at a time

### *---- "This app doesn’t work on my IPhone"
I like the KIC classes and recipes but this app doesn’t open on my IPhone. 

The app closes as soon as I open it. I’ve tired all the force quits, uninstall reinstall, update the app and have the latest iPhone software but still doesn’t open.

I’ve also emailed the help email and had no response.

I’m currently having to use KIC through the website but it’s functionally is very limited compared to the app.

Do you have plans to include calories to the recipes and a calorie counter? At the moment the portions aren't customised to weight so as a small lady it makes it harder for me to gauge what I should be eating :)
