Not intuitive, can’t access the detail of holiday programs (need to go to the website)

Uninstall and reinstall didn't help either!

Our centre has previously been using Xplor app. Unfortunately most families need to be checking their daycare statements to ensure all funds are being applied, ccs payments ect. This app doesn’t allow this feature for parents to generate statements or transaction history in their own time. Our centre has been on this new app for 6ish weeks now and my thoughts on this app is that it’s trash! I can’t check on my account without going to the centre directly, no QR scan to check in/check out (we now have to touch germy iPads), I still haven’t received any stories or highlights in my child’s education or pictures of their day. It appears this app is targeted for the childcare and the back end management.

Making casual bookings is a slow process (even after an update has allowed booking multiple days) because it’s a slim chance the app will actually allow you to confirm the booking. You can get through to the end of the 3 step process and have all the bookings ready to confirm, but the confirm button is greyed out and you can’t confirm.

I’m so sick of this software. If I had a choice to send my children elsewhere that use a better software like Xplor or StoryPark manage then I absolutely would. My biggest annoyance is with payment processing and the balance showing incorrectly. I can be several weeks ahead in payments but every time I check I still owe money, so I pay more again and I check back a few days later and owe more again. It’s extremely frustrating. I wish it would also reflect payments made instantly instead of waiting for them to fully clear on their end. The money leaves my account straight away so honour that otherwise it ends up taking a double payment if it’s too close to the scheduled debit date.

My kid’s child care centre uses this platform for fee payment. The outstanding amount shown in the app is never the same as the actual amount. It is quite annoying with the payment system also. After requesting the payment, the payment takes another two or more days to get through. Wish payment gets through at once.

The functionality of this app is appalling. To not have it functioning during a period where parents need vacation care during January was an oversight and yet the problems persist. While I can amend my pre existing booked sessions to mark an absence, I cannot book a casual session and I get stuck on step 2 as it tries to configure. It is unrealistic and disappointing in 2024 that I have to consistently be calling OSH Club bookings regularly to arrange a basic casual session.

Been using it for a yr now.. still don't like it. It freezes, it takes forever to bring up the calendar to view the sessions. Takes forever to complete any one task. They need to work on it big time
