This app exceedingly frustrating as it randomly switched to Dutch and location in the Netherlands. Even when I log into my account and and set my location services on in the phone settings and set d language as English, nothing helps. It refuses to show me anything in Luxembourg or in any language other than Dutch. This app has become utterly unusable.

Buggy app. Suddenly switched to Dutch and there is no clear way to switch back to French, which is pathetic. By the way, it was in French, so it should never have switched to Dutch

Doesn’t function. Poorly organized. No common sense employed. Purchased tickets are not saved. This app has no reason to exist.

The app is crap. Really hard to use when you want to buy tickets. Needs to be updated!

This app is one of the worst iPhone apps I’ve encountered in a very long time. Half of the functionality doesn’t seem to work, and if by some odd luck it does once, it won’t work the next time you try it. Creating an account and storing it seems virtually impossible and all your data resets after a few months of not using the app….. better off just buying tickets directly at the theater

Embarrassing to release such a useless piece of crap

I was able to use the app only one time to purchase movie tickets. When I tried to look at it again later in the day, it would freeze and never load the home page. I deleted and re-downloaded the app again but it still had no functions and did not load anything. Website works much better than the app.

My existing account is not recognized anymore and the whole movie theatres in Luxembourg are missing + the English language support ... Not a big improvement for us foreigners. Please fix that.

I have an account and password but the app won’t accept it.

After a little while it suddenly deletes your account and you have to create a new one losing your history. Also as the app is confusing to navigate on an iPhone, easy to make a mistake in the purchase of a seat, then no way to go back so you have to restart the process, but your seat stays “taken” for almost an hour so you can’t get it back unless you are very patient and lucky on the second attempt.
