The mute button for groups doesn’t work and there’s no way to turn off notifications for when your friend adds a new story. The app may also crash when entering the app by tapping a push notification and on voice calls as well. Still an amazing app nonetheless but there are small issues that can be dealt with.

My iPhone 11 is not accepting the app, I tried several times to open the app after downloading it, but it wouldn’t open,so please technical team do something to fix it. I love the app so I want to use it.

I’ve been trying over and over to get through to KingsChat from my I-Phone. I need to participate in my Zone’s Prayers early morning and evening but, pressing to login via KingsChat, just draws a blank page. I’ve tried over and over to install KingsChat from the App Store but, again, a complete blank! This has been going on for about a week now (that I know!). I also cannot access any of my KingsChat Groups for the Church!... Your ‘sorting this out’ would be greatly appreciated! Thank you x

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but the app keeps crashing upon opening. I think the system may not be friendly with the latest iPhone iOS versions. I love KingsChat and I’m saddened I can’t access it on my phone 😩.

My iPhone 8 Plus sometimes makes KingsChat crash. This may be because my phone is too new, or the app is acting up, I don’t know. May you execute an update to address this issue? 

Overall, I LOVE this app... it would be 5-Stars if it didn’t crash for long periods of time...

I have found most of the new features a great improvement on functionality in 2018 and 2019 such as sharing and searching on comments and posts.
However there is problem with Kingschat updates on iPhone iOS platform. Please note that every time Kingschat releases a version update the App crashes on the iPhone 6S plus and will no longer open. My iOS is always up to date currently running  version 12.3.1
*Work around*
I have to delete the App and download it again from the AppStore in order to activate the update and get Kingschat to work again. 
*Follow up request*
Please test new releases on the iOS platform to resolve this so that new version releases actually update smoothly and work immediately on the iPhone.  Many thanks.

Since the new update the app keeps crushing. When I click the app icon it will open a blank page and then crush.
Kingschat does not give you the option to delete multiple messages. It is a chow to delete messages as you have to do it one by one
