Kinomap: Bike, Run, Row

After updating export has stopped. I have reviewed settings but it hasn’t solved the issue.

I used the app for approx a year with success, but after a major revamp of the app, it no longer run satisfactory. The rides are not syncronised with the video, the video keeps freezing for minutes, the UX is really poor. Customer service is not helpful or seems to care. I run it on a iPad Pro 3rd Generation on a 1G/1G internet connection. I’ve cancelled my subscription and have turned to a more reliable app

One of the best cycling apps and definitely on par with Fulgaz and Rouvy

Hi i run on kinomap and it’s great,but it could be better if there could be a pace time.for if you set treadmile to 12 and you hit that hill were you have to set it to 8 maybe and the toorz heartrate monitor sucks a little bit to.would be great if we could use a garmin or wahoo.

Hi, I’m displaying the app on my TV. However, the training data (except for the speed) is almost impossible to read. Firstly, the font size is very small. Secondly, the colour is white, and the background is often a white cloud. Please consider to enlarge the font and use a colour, which differs from frequent backgrounds. Best regards Jørgen

I think the usage is good, but i hate i can’t get the connectivity with Garmin, since i use a Garmin watch. In Swift it connects and i can get all the information directly in my Garmin app. I know you won’t make it happen, but it’s really a shame.

Think your app is fun and motivating, but unfortunately far too expensive for common pensioners. If the pricing was approximately 6,50€ a month, i would not hesitate to rejoin, and give you five stars. Best regards, Jørgen Hilm. PS Hope you will consider a rebate price for retired people.

I have had a paid subscription for close to two years now, and at first I was quite pleased with it. Sure, the UI is hopeless and looks and acts like something a three year old would make in kindergarten, but the many training videos (of very different quality btw!) is a good motivation when working out. But lately the app crashes and stalls constantly, training videos do not load and group sessions simply do not work. Looks like their servers are far from up to the task. If you are thinking about getting a subscription it would probably be a good idea to wait and see if Kinomap fixes the app and get their servers working before investing. **Update** Sorry, but why should I waste my time contacting your support? Your app needs serious attention and this should not be something your customers have to do for you - it should be something you do by yourselves!
