Great way to book universal studios VIP TICKETS

Bought tickets for Universal Studios Japan and also got express entry passes because the main reason for our trip is to see Super Mario World. Paid for the top level express passes and assumed just like the USJ website, we should be able to select our entry time for SMW. After receiving the passes they apparently randomly select which time you enter and have us ticketed for 7pm entry and we won’t even be at the park as our train back to Tokyo leaves at 6:30pm. Oh and the tickets are written completely in Japanese so if I hadn’t translated using an app I wouldnt have even known. I’ve messaged and called to explain but they absolutely refuse to help or to give me my money back for the non-usable express passes. They do not explain at the time of purchase that the time is randomly generated and the service team I spoke with didn’t even know that was how the tickets work. I am at a loss of over $1000AUD and they will do nothing to help. If you are overseas trying to plan your holiday please STAY AWAY from this company.

Due to the late/zy reply, I wasn’t able to book the koala holding tickets at the right time. And the customer line is always busy and lazy to answer the routine of going back by ourselves. It looks like automated communication. Really disappointed.

兩筆下單資料，但是是相同商品內容，因為日本升級為二級警戒！我想都不是我們所樂見的，申請退款的程序冗長我想大家也不陌生，但是兩筆訂單的客服是分開的，一邊願意受理，而令一個客服，先說是未收到相關單位指示，後來還多加要求其他內容，你們很忙，難道我們就是天天閒閒沒事做嗎？！已經第三天了，難道我們就不想好好出遊嗎？！ 你們內部資訊不統一，卻要我們使用者承擔，只會加深我們對於這間公司的負面印象！

司機導遊都很熱心也很認真！時間準點不拖拖拉拉！也不是說把你載到一個地點就丟你在那裡！還會一直貼心問我們要不要廁所！會不會餓！幹嘛的！也會很熱心要幫我們顧東西還是拍照！真是太讚了
