## KLARO App Description
Mit KLARO zu mehr Bewegung und Entspannung im Alltag.
Die App enthält die wesentlichen Programmelemente von Klasse2000.
Die beliebten KLARO Bewegungspausen bringen Schwung in den Schul- und Familienalltag.
Dabei führt KLARO durch die insgesamt 63 Übungen und motiviert zum Mitmachen.
Mit der App sind die Übungen nun schnell abrufbar und auch offline verfügbar.
Die KLARO Atmung und die KLARO Pausengeschichten helfen, zwischendurch zu entspannen
und neue Energie zu tanken. In 12 schönen Geschichten geht KLARO mit den Zuhörern auf
Zeitreise. Im KLARO Sportspaß kann die körperliche Fitness trainiert werden. Der Elternteil
enthält viele Tipps und Informationen für den Familienalltag.


KLARO – die Symbolfigur von Klasse2000 - führt durch die App.
Klasse2000 ist das bundesweit am weitesten verbreitete Unterrichtsprogramm zur
Gesundheitsförderung, Sucht- und Gewaltvorbeugung in der Grundschule.
Frühzeitig und kontinuierlich von Klasse 1 bis 4 lernen Kinder mit Klasse2000 das 1x1 des
gesunden Lebens - aktiv, anschaulich und mit viel Spaß. Lehrkräfte und speziell geschulte
Gesundheitsförderinnen und Gesundheitsförderer gestalten pro Schuljahr rund 15 Klasse2000-
Stunden zu den wichtigsten Gesundheits- und Lebenskompetenzen. Dabei entwickeln die Kinder
Wissen, Einstellungen und Fertigkeiten, mit denen sie ihren Alltag so bewältigen können, dass sie
sich wohl fühlen und gesund bleiben.
Während der 4 Jahre werden folgende Themen behandelt:
- Gesund essen & trinken
- Bewegen & entspannen
- Sich selbst mögen & Freunde haben
- Probleme & Konflikte lösen
- Kritisch denken & Nein sagen
