I funded my Klasha app since last week saturday and the money left my Bank account without corresponding credit on my Klasha wallet. My Bank confirmed to me that the transaction was successful. So I am talking to one of klasha customer reps Rumoke who has zero customer skills, it is almost as if she doesn’t understand english. She chooses from what to listen and abandon the others things i am saying. I think its a Nigerian mentality. Hurrying up to go home i guess and tomorrow is public holiday, followed by sallah. So she just closed the ticket and said the issue is resolved. 🥲So my car will enter demurrage because of this crazy app. I should have listened to the reviews.
