Klasha: Spend globally

The app is very buggy. Nice vision with the app, but very poor implementation. Here are some of the notable and unbearable issues. - The app constantly frequently logs you out and you have to do the whole sign in with email and password and OTP. - the dollar card feature doesn’t work anymore. - withdrawal is limited to twice per 24 hours/day. And it must be to an account in your name. - they’re frequently having service downtime, a period which you can not withdraw or make payments.

This app is getting useless After purchasing the card the app will start getting useless for a year, then after a year with card expiration the app will start functioning again for cards purchasing. when the get numbers purchasing cards the app will not work again properly. What a business idea

This card issue has been going on for months now very disheartening for one of the best dollar cards I’ve used, don’t bother installing the app rn

The inability to create and fund card is disappointing and disheartening

Klasha has the worst services ever! How can your service downtime take too long to get worked on? They make it a difficulty to fund cards and make transactions and when you contact them all they do is apologize yet do nothing. Very terrible!

Just updating every market day and my card has been unavailable for the past 2 months. Klasha should do better.

Just avoid this app to prevent unnecessary stress. Their customer support team is full of liars. My experience with Klasha is nothing but frustration.
