If it stated before download that unless I paid for the upgrade I could only save 5 clients I wouldn’t have bothered. I mean seriously? If I only had 5 Clients I wouldn’t have needed help to keep track. I don’t mind paid apps but please don’t hide and say free when it’s not.

Love the app, I use it for my window cleaning business to keep track of my clients, I do have a few suggestions that could make the app better hence the 4 stars, would be nice if it could be implemented in the next update?

1) ability to have a multiple telephone log and select which one is the primary number for mass messaging

2) when importing from your phone address book it doesn’t import all the contact information to the app, the address is always left off along with the notes (iPhone 11)

3) the ability to refresh the client order when added to lists and/or to have a sort by filter by name, birthday, address, postcode etc

4) have a quoted price section and the option to sort clients by their price 

5) when clients have been moved to archive as you no longer have their custom, they still show up as selectable clients to add to lists - can they be removed from this section? Your total clients also includes those in archived, could the totals for each be split out based on active, archived etc

6) have a section for blacklisting clients with customisable drop down reasons e.g. bad payers/ violent etc

7) have a calendar option to book in clients, if possible ordering them on the days schedule you book them in so they follow a logical route from furthest away back to your home address based on the postcode you add to your client (would need to have a home address input screen for your business to work)

8) add a section to your app for feedback so it doesn’t have to clog up your reviews.

Once again brilliant app that works for logging clients, their details, creating mass messages to similar clients whether it be sms, email or WhatsApp, keeping track of the sales to them and being to quickly access clients details and notes in one place rather than the standard use of your phone address list. Would recommend to any business

This app is fantastic for managing our clients in our sunbed shop (the date of birth is particularly helpful to comply with UK tanning laws). 

We use the ‘logs’ to keep track of clients minutes.

My ONLY problem is from the app I have absolutely no idea of how to access ‘settings’ or ‘profile’ to change my password or manage my account! But this is my only bad point! 

This app is fantastic other than that!

I use this app for a small yet growing hair studio, I went pro for the numbers as my client database increased, I bought a tablet to have at work and needed help adding the app as I inadvertently deleted it and got locked out, (simple for some) fearing the worst I msged them and they walked me thru the process, within an hour I was up and running!!!
