KLM - Book a flight

I couldn’t use my accumulated miles and failed to use my Christmas voucher. Quite bad :(

In my opinion kLM has achieved a high quality standard with their airlines, I love flying with them

Appallingly bad with heavily over engineered security while also popping up nag screens to review the app while trying to fill out forms and at the end of the day doesn’t support QR codes from their website. Ended up giving up and printing boarding passes instead.

Unable to add my Flying Blue Membership card to Apple Wallet from the App.

I’m trying to create my profile in the app and the cod they send doesn’t work and they keep send other number and still not recognise in the app. It’s so frustrated don’t have access on it and also the customer service is horrible service, I was a hour waiting to someone to contact and nothing happened. I’m thinking about my trip will be a nightmare like this app.

Agreed with previous review - I have to re-enter all 5 members's passport details each time see book despite them being saved first day. Furthermore, in the run-up to departure, I am told that I have not completed my checklist. Back to the above again. So I do it... repeatedly, to no avail. Sadly the call service for premium gold card members offered me no JOY when recently I was advised to pay the fare for 5 business class tickets (Auckland) via transfer at my local bank, expecting within 24hrs for the tickets to be issued. Instead they were not and so our flights were dropped. For the past 21 days I've been waiting for the refund. Despite numerous and hour long calls, emails and frustration, not one KLM staff member is able to authorise a refund despite evidence that a booking number exists without flights & passengers associated to it.

Forced to install this as website won’t let me access my boarding pass. App Seems to work ok, looks good and is well enough organised. Main issue is the pop up ads that seem to come up even in the middle of me trying to enter my password and pin.

Can’t believe I have to physically go to a desk to get my boarding pass and I can’t just download it to the app.

Kept crashing when booking flights, but worked in the end. Good for managing flight details, personal details and boarding pass etc
