Bug in trip summary
Reported this bug a few months back but not fixed. The trip summary dates are incorrect. Doesn’t show the same date in the summary list as compared to the actual date.

Difficult to book online
Please work the online booking I took 5 days to book this time round

Very Buggy App
Trying to do anything while managing your booking results in an error screen. Completely useless for managing bookings.
Not sync with ticket booking and miles
With the latest version the app is not loading the tickets booked online and also the flying blue miles. It has to be done manually. Would be good if there is a fix for this. Thanks!

WhatsApp messenger service is cool
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a confirmation by WhatsApp messenger of my flight itinerary. It is indeed very innovative of KLM to leverage on social media as a means of communication. Keep it up!
