Despite rebooting the app multiple times there are a few of my audiobooks that it refuses to download. Also downloading audiobooks is generally slow whereas Audible app downloads pretty swiftly.

Keeps saying download error

Absolutely horrific experience. Easily the worst ebook app.

This book is the reason I’m healthy now. Blood pressure came back to normal used to take medication Libido issues fixed Sleep apnea fixed . Snoring was but only after loosing weight (6months) Never gained back the extra kilos and I’m on I’m 8th year following this diet

The words disappear. Descriptions of worlds and feelings are mesmerising. The experience will remain.

Contrary to what’s listed on a website you cant highlight or add notes and i have a test tomorrow where i needed the annotations

I’ve tried using it on PC and phone and for someone that wants to highlight and take notes it’s not very user friendly. I bought the book not knowing I have to read it through here. I just want the PDF so I can highlight in my program of choice

I love my Kobo reader and I would love to be able to use Kobo for my audiobooks too but the app is quite buggy (the timer function often doesn’t work and it suddenly cuts out for no discernible reason) and most importantly, there is no bookmark function! Please improve the app because I would love to buy all my audiobooks through Kobo.

I downloaded the app in February 2023 and requested to delete my account soon after. My request has been pending since then. In the meantime, I continue to be charged each month and the app will not allow me send another request. I am in a nightmare email trail with Kobo - they send automatic replies asking me to rate their service in response to my emails asking them to cancel my subscription and refund the $70+ I’ve been charged. I am in limbo with the only option being to get a new card to prevent these monthly charges.
