When it connects, it easily drops its connection. When it won't connect, it's impossible to solve the problem. You could even reinstall it and it won't work. I'm having problems with it right now. Try to stick to the remote control which came with it, even though typing is a painstaking process. This app is terrible.

Took this projector on a summer fun trip with family. It took 3 hours for it to update. Then several hours to try to connect to streaming services. Multiple glitches, restarts and another 2 hours, we just gave up. Makes a rather poor paperweight, but that’s about it. Hard pass on this one.

This app is garbage, cannot use app on phone unless i connect my phone and projector to the same Wi-Fi, instead of just connecting to my hotspot, can never use the app so why even bother!!!!

Just horrible! If only it would connect. One starts feeling inferior in thought but it’s this P.O.S!

This thing worked great the first 2 days. Now we can’t get it to connect to our phone-remote and the remote it came with is useless. U can’t navigate through the apps, it won’t connect to pairing. The projection is great but completely a moot point since no media can connect or operate properly

I’ve been working at setting this thing up for HOURS! It is horrible! Device is cool
