Full of glitch , sometimes button will not work , sometimes page itself

I had a minor issue with my order but the customer executive from kogo was quick to help and the issue was resolved in minutes. I am very pleased with the customer care and look forward to using this app again!

I have been using this platform along with the KOGO Device since October 2020. The thought behind this device was awesome and you have some great people and brains behind this, however the frequent bugs and issues faced in all these years finally made me realise that it’s time to put this device into cold storage. Some bugs get solved but some remain and you need to keep on reminding without any solution at times. I don’t think I would be using this device or recommending it to anyone unless they can come back and say they have fixed most of the bugs.

Couldn’t sign in even after entering correct otp.

You are not even able to register or login thru otp. Don’t know what to expect. Very badly executed app.

The App is crashing every time I hit the search button. Was planning to buy the device but after this experience I am really not sure.

Had some issues with my app, it was solved within minutes, I have given 4* for a reason, I am a Harley Davidson rider and went for a ride yesterday, on coming back I tried adding 5 pics and video but the moment I select pic the screen goes blank !!! The app hangs!! I’m user of iPhone 11 Pro Max, once this is resolved will have no reason not to give 5*.

I love road trips, I love taking pics and making videos. But I usually ended up just posting pics, as making videos is just too time consuming. Kogo has flipped that for me and now I do absolutely nothing except take pics and the app churns out these amazing videos for all my trips so I have plenty of content for social. Also, the trip tracker is pretty amazing. I have been getting inspired by other people’s trips and makes it so much easier to discover new trails.

Love the automated videos and the tracking of my entire travels. The community section keeps me updated with other riders and let’s me discuss my trips. Discovering new routes is also just so super easy. A complete experience for the road tripper
