KOHO: Award-winning Money App

I love using my KOHO card! Adding funds is super fast and easy and the cash back feature really pays off. I have used my card for travel out of the country with no issues which is very convenient for me. I am very happy with my KOHO card and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high reward prepaid credit card.

Been with KOHO from the start. I miss the boutique banking experience where each customer was treated as a VIP and issues got solved within the hour. Lately I’ve felt like a big bank customer where there’s no attempt at problem solving, rather blanket answers like you’re speaking to someone with a script (or robot). I’m sure KOHO will get back to what got them here in the customer service department.

I requested a link for a updated new password as I forgot mine. Needed a link. The link sends me to my email. Email sends me right back to where I started, whenI requested an email to reset password. Nothing resolved. Was told by several technicians at “KoHo help”, and each personnel complied with assisting me, but never followed through. I have funds in the KoHo account, I can not access. If my funds are still their, I will be forced to cancel the app, and report this as a fraudulent app, and you will never get the chance to scam anyone else. Very disappointed!!!! I canceled my secure credit building subscription, yet they told me I have to pay the 96$ overdue. Avoid this Bank at all cost. They dont even have an actual customer support who talks to you personally. If i could put a 0 star i would.

I love this app..I love the ‘Round Up’ and the cash back!! So easy to use!!

I get paid early, I get cash back on purchases and rent, and paying bills and rent builds my credit and using my $100 cover builds my credit too. My only criticism I can’t do a mobile deposit for cheques and there isn’t anywhere to bring them in to cash them. And my physical card still hasn’t come in yet. My step brother never got his either. I mean Apple Pay works but if I need to make a large purchase it’s going to be an issue.

Benefits are plentiful and the plans are great. Cash Back, Credit Building Saviour! Offers me pros to sticking with KOHO, zero thought of negative cons on my mind since i have opened my account. I feel so safe & secure. Very pleased with my KOHO account.
