lousy app didnt receive the otp code until now and have retried to enter my phone number and still no code received, no longer interested to join their membership.

What’s the point of telling customer that I have voucher, but I can’t event use. Dumb app

Not sure if they are aincerely giving us loyalty points. Whenever I arrive at their cashier and when i opened their app, I will then realised the app has logged out itself. It wasted my time at cashier making it awkward since there’s a long queue waiting for me just to login to get loyalty point.

Always have a lot of promotions!

Downloaded the app to collect points but each time I open the app, I am unable to scan the QR code cause the app wouldn’t allow it. I have checked the phone settings but it is the app issue. What’s the point of having this dense app?

Code wasn’t sent to phone after multiple trials!

Downloaded the app but couldn’t receive any codes. Used my girlfriend’s phone and same thing happened. Please get this fixed if not what’s the point having an app but unable to use at all?

Tried to log in but it states “Please log in to proceed” 🤷🏻‍♀️
