Like idiotisk system som de fleste andre ladeapper. Ikke mulig å autofylle kredittkortinfo fra iPhone, og ikke mulig å lage passord via iPhone. 
Burde være mulig å betale med kort direkte på ladestasjonen da det er en leser for ladebrikke der, men nei. Her skal selskapet ha alt av info om alle sammen før de lar deg lade. 
Drop in fungerte heller ikke når jeg skulle lade, og å begynne å lage bruker mens man står utenfor ladestasjonen er helt håpløst når det er en så tungvindt prosess.

Ved registrering byttes det mellom ulike måter å gå videre i prosessen på. Det brukes både gå videre i høyre hjørne og return symbol. Når du vil velge og gå videre bør dette symbolet bære det samme og på samme sted på skjermen. Gå videre knappen i høyre hjørne er vanskelig å oppdage for andre enn vi som tester brukergrensesnitt. Har hjelpet flere gjennom registreringsprosessen….. samme forvirrende problem på alle brukere.

Registrering som ny bruker er alt for tidkrevende i appen. Kreves alt for mye informasjon før man kan benytte appen.

Når man skal legge inn betalingskort er ENESTE (!?) mulighet å ta bilde av betalingskortet - altså ikke mulig å starte inn kortnummer osv. Jeg som sikkert flere har kortet lagret i Apple Pay og hadde ikke fysisk kort tilgjengelig der og da å ta bilde av og måtte avslutte registreringen (burde også vært mulig å taste inn manuelt). Latterlig svakt at man må skrive inn poststed på linjen før postnummer (som normalt er omvendt). Andre firmaer som tenker service og brukervennlighet har feks autoutfylt poststed når man har tastet fire siffer for postnummer. Kan legge til at den samme ladestasjonen var ute av drift 3 av 3 dager jeg var innom i løpet av en ukes ferie på Hvaler. Tekniske feil på ladestasjoner kan skje og er forståelig, mens det er uforståelig at man kan lage en så lite brukervennlig lade App.
