However, the main issue lies in poor monitoring and inaccurate information. For example, when scheduling a doctor’s appointment through the app, the available time appears from 8:30 AM until the end of the day. In reality, the doctor only starts seeing patients at around 10:30 AM at the hospital. This mismatch causes confusion and unnecessary waiting. There also seems to be a lack of regular updates and proper management of the app’s features, which makes the user experience frustrating and time-consuming. At this point, walking in directly to the hospital often saves more time than relying on the app. Overall, KPJ Cares has good potential, but it urgently needs better monitoring, accurate scheduling, and timely updates to truly benefit users. -- Murli boy, 2026-02-11 ### *---- "EMR not showing!!!!" I am extremely disappointed with the latest state of the KPJ Cares app. Previously, I was able to access my Electronic Medical Records (EMR) without issue, but the feature has now completely disappeared from my interface. To make matters worse, the customer service experience via WhatsApp was appalling. After waiting hours for a response, the representative simply sent a QR code for 'app feedback' instead of addressing the technical glitch. As a patient, I expect reliable access to my health data and professional support—not to be dismissed with a form after hours of waiting. Please fix this bug and improve your service standards immediately.
