I booked a delivery and paid 6k+ but the rider didn't come till I left the office so I cancelled but kwik as refused to refund my money. It's over 2 months now. They are not credible.

This is the worst delivery app of all time,as a new customer i was presented a discount only for it to be taken immediately when i wanted to make payment

Customer service is rude. Their UX is also terrible. Took forever to verify my phone number and email and customer service kept telling me it was my fault. Booked a delivery and for a long time no update. No place to cancel the order. This app will frustrate you. I am a first time user. And oh, their promo code didn’t even work lol.

I booked for pickup, which was process , and simple instructions were stated for the driver to call on getting to the pick-up location to pick up 5 boxes. After paying almost N21,000, the driver went there and picked up just three boxes. They did not tell me that the driver was on his way to pick up or even give me the driver's number for me to call until the pickup was done and the driver was on his way back. I have to use another N24,000 to pick up the remaining two boxes the next day. They are not professional at all.

I couldn’t get my order delivered, they kept reassigning and the riders were not even picking calls. What’s the point of advertising a service if you’re not going to deliver ps my funds have not been returned. A very awful experience that has caused me business losses.
