Recently purchased, installed and started using a Weiser Smart Lock with this app.  Was really easy to install and set up the app and lock.  Was also easy to assign different passcodes to different users!  My one request would be to enable a widget feature with the app so that I can quickly access it to enter the home.  Thanks

Bought the lock for my new garage as it matched the keyed locks used throughout my house. Liked the idea of being able to double check the door at night from the back door of my house which is approx. 20 feet away with direct line of sight.  In the three years that it has been installed IT HAS NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CONNECT.  Unless I am 5 feet away or less, THIS APP IS USELESS!

Don’t lecture me about batteries. I use lithium Energizers in it and they are always strong when tested…

App is not currently updating door activity. I know it is not me specifically. My sister’s is doing the exact same thing. We have rental properties that we use this app/lock system for. Have been using it for over a year. We had guests arrive at both properties yesterday and the lock shows no activity since just past noon yesterday. Looks like the guests haven’t even arrived however we know they have.  Her property is in a totally different state. Obviously an issue with the app. Can’t find anyone to contact to resolve the issue.

I downloaded the app and have tried to make a user account three times. Every time I get to the verification email I get stuck because it will not send me a verification email. A very very expensive keyed lock is all I got and no use of the app whatsoever.

The app keeps crashing. I cant even make a user acount without the app crashing. This is ridiculous, paying $200+ for something you still have to use a key with!? My girlfriend tried to do it on her phone and she at lest can get past making a user acoint but it wont send her the verification email so she cant access anything either. I was really excited to find a bluetooth enabled lock not one that uses wifi and it was really promising.. just sucks its no more than the most expensive deadbolt lock I’ve ever bought now.
