Tried setting up a house call several times and waited multiple hours without avail (when the app says it should only take 2-3 minutes). They should be transparent if there is nothing available instead of making me wait hours trying to get care for my dog.

you open the app and nothing happens you cant request help or do anything

The positive reviews must be fake. No one responds. No tele-help. Just one seemingly autogenerated text to start the “conversation” and no reply to any of my questions.

The app won’t let me sign up or request a house call. I keep pressing “sign up” and nothing happens…. The whole app is broken

You guys charged my card and did not provide any service I paid $29 no one answered and I got charged
