Kyte Baby

I don’t know if Kyte Baby picked the worst developer to save money or what, but the app is pretty useless. I add items to my cart and go to check out and it wipes my cart out. There is also no back arrow when you’re looking at a particular product so you have to start over. I probably won’t shop as much because I like to use apps and this one isn’t very good.

I have purchased quite a few items from Kyte baby for my four month old daughter and I love every single piece I have gotten from here. Everything is so soft and stretchy and it gives me satisfaction knowing my baby girl is comfy.

I ordered two suits from you all yesterday. How long does it usually take for an order to be getting here?

I have been buying my son’s clothes from Kyte since he was a newborn and they are the absolute best and most comfortable clothes/pajamas I have ever purchased! The colors and prints are BEAUTIFUL and the quality is excellent. HOWEVER, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their website is so busy during sale times that when I added items to my cart and checked out (I had to do this 4 separate times in order to keep my items that were in my cart so 4 separate shipping charges), somehow “the website defaulted to the next available size” per their customer service team. They refused to honor a refund and resell the items, they were not only uncooperative, they were unprofessional. They admitted fault in writing and refused to make the situation right. I would have settled for a store credit or exchange. My son is a size 3T and the sizes that were sent were size 3-6 months and 12-18 Months. Buyers beware. You would think with all of their recent negative publicity and rallying to “cancel Kyte Baby” in relation to how they treated a new adoptive mother who’s child was in NICU whom they fired instead of allowing her time to be with her child. Shame on you Kyte Baby. You are a disgrace just as your owner is. I won’t spend another dollar (I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS).

I received a jogger set as a gift which didn’t fit my infant. I wanted to return it in exchange for something that fit, and ideally I wanted to exchange it for a zippered footie onesie, as I find onesies to make more sense for a infant than trying to wrangle them in a two-piece. I found the return process to be unnecessarily complex by requiring me to access a code to initiate the return (which meant I had to tell the person who gave me the gift that I needed to return it), I needed to give my credit card information for them to hold while I sent back the gift to be exchanged, and I was only given the option to exchange the item for the same item in a different size and not a different product such as a zippered footie onesie that I wanted. All of this while having a new infant was a bit much for me. I love the quality of Kyte products but I really didn’t like how many hoops I had to jump through just to get a product that I didn’t totally want.

While I love Kyte merchandise, I will no longer buy from them due to their treatment/firing of an employee seeking to take care of their neonatal baby. Just because something is legal, doesn’t make it right. Kyte makes their money by selling to parents. Do better! Take care of parents. Profit that’s a little smaller is still profit and breeds good will with staff and customers.

We love Kyte Baby. The fabric works so well for our daughter’s skin and we love the longevity.
