I don’t do reviews anymore, can’t think of one I’ve written in the 15 years of being an iPhone user. But as a Personal
trainer who just wants to be told what to do, turn my brain off and do the work,  this is the perfect app. A great way to choose a specific style of training according to your goals, choose from an array of coaches for your team, then get stuck into as many of the weekly workouts as you keen, within the 6 week blocks. Love the guided voice in real time as you train. Helps provide a steady tempo so no time for social media and other distractions. A great community feed to comment in plus cheers to give and receive from others while you workout. Great video demos. Amazing energy from Coach Andre. All for $20 a month. Unbelievable value. Get it. Don’t wait.

Ladder isn’t just a fitness plan, it’s an interactive supportive community that gives you everything you need to show up for yourself and be a little bit better than you were yesterday. Hands down best fitness / workout app you will ever find! I have used a lot of them paid and unpaid and for just the entry level monthly subscription it is so with it. I had been going to the gym 5 days a week for almost a year and not really seeing any results. I have been using Ladder for a month now and already seeing massive results. Is simple to use, customisable, lots of different teams to choose from depending on what you want to achieve, in ear coaching throughout the workout and so much more!! This is the best workout app I have come across. It really takes the stress out of working out. You are given a plan, which changes and works on progression regularly. There is video demonstrations and your coach is right in your ear motivating you and explaining techniques. It is a personal trainer in your phone but at a cheaper price. But the best thing is that even though it is on an app, you are still part of a community. You have a team, team chat and you can send cheers to your fellow team mates who are currently working out. It makes working out not so isolating. 

It is motivating, engaging, challenging and easy to use. You will see gains and improvements. I sure did.
