I don’t do reviews anymore, can’t think of one I’ve written in the 15 years of being an iPhone user. But as a Personal trainer who just wants to be told what to do, turn my brain off and do the work, this is the perfect app. A great way to choose a specific style of training according to your goals, choose from an array of coaches for your team, then get stuck into as many of the weekly workouts as you keen, within the 6 week blocks. Love the guided voice in real time as you train. Helps provide a steady tempo so no time for social media and other distractions. A great community feed to comment in plus cheers to give and receive from others while you workout. Great video demos. Amazing energy from Coach Andre. All for $20 a month. Unbelievable value. Get it. Don’t wait.
I love this App , simple to use and the workouts are great. I like that the decision making is done and workouts are set for each day . Love that I can sync my own music via Spotify.
Been following Kelly on Facebook for years and love her level up. Was happy to see she was on the app, done 3 of her workouts and will never look back! She’s the definition of an athlete!
Money was being taken out every 9-10 days so have cancelled the subscription.
I’ve been sceptical about all the apps I’ve tried, this one truly gets to the core of where your at when you start and the workouts are actually fun! “Actually “ the trainers help keep the momentum . You must try it!
Ladder isn’t just a fitness plan, it’s an interactive supportive community that gives you everything you need to show up for yourself and be a little bit better than you were yesterday. I had hit a plateau in both weight loss and muscle gain and was losing interest in going to the gym until Coach Samantha made me fall in love with it all over again. Well worth the subscription and would recommend to everyone.
I've only ever gone gym once in my life in my 20's now that I'm in my late 30's and serious now about my health more then ever I've never really stuck to a plan or diet nor have I ever had anyone coach me due to my anxiety BUT this app has changed me in only a week I've sweated more than I have ever done before AND my muscles are feeling what they should cause it's showing! Thank you Ladder app! All coaches on this are amazing and so encouraging I'm hooked! 💯🙌🏼
It’s a good app but the timings don’t sync with NZ times so the new week workouts always come up late for me.
I have been using this app for over a month now, it’s made it easier for me to workout at home or at the gym. just by following along with my trainer at every training session. It’s kept me motivated to keep going each week. I’ve also noticed that I feel like I have more energy and better endurance each week. The workouts are always different every day and I get a lot of support from my team members, if I have any questions or concerns I highly recommend love the ladder app 😊👍
