I have been training for years: a long history of running and taking part in CrossFit events. I downloaded the app 4 weeks ago and it&#039;s really mixed up my training. The workouts are well planned and targeted towards different users outcomes. I can feel every work and after 4 weeks my body fat percentage is down 1.5% to 19 and I can already see the difference and other people are commenting.

Thought I would give this app a try when I was getting back into the gym at the start of the year, didn’t expect to keep it past the free trial but it’s brilliant! I love the way that it takes you through the workouts and shows how to perform the exercises on screen. 

I also really like the different teams you can join to match your goals, and the tailored workouts they provide! I’m not new to working out but it’s nice to be given a programme and a great variety of exercises that are explained and demonstrated so you know that you’re doing them correctly! 

I’ve tried a few different workout apps in the past and this blows them all out of the water, can see myself using this app for a long time! #TeamForged

I never leave reviews but this app has changed the game for me. I’ve only been on the app for 4 weeks, but I have never been so consistent with working out before. I’ve made more progress in a month on the app than I did in 6 months of the gym alone honestly. The coaches know what they’re talking about and the form cue’s on the voiceovers are so helpful too. The team chat feature is great if you are someone who lacks motivation sometimes as they are always active. 10/10!

The UX on this app is gorgeous. The coaches are all very likeable and experts in their field. The programs are accessible! There’s something for everyone, and if you feel challenged - the coaches and the community in the chat will help you out with sound advice and encouragement. Maeve and the support team are also wildly responsive and helpful. I’m nearly fifteen years into my non-linear journey with fitness and Ladder has challenged me, got me out of plateau and boosted my morale like nothing before. I could honestly say I might be a Ladder app user as long as the app exists. If they had merch, I’d buy it. I have drank the Ladder Kool-aid. I look forward to working out!!! Crazy, huh! I have been using this app for almost a year it’s great.  Straightforward options to find a workout that you can do in a reasonable time. Equipment or not there is a team for you which is great.  The only one thing I would like to see is some more ab routines you could just add to your day if you wanted something more. Although everything is pretty well covered. The coaches explain the moves and give tips which really help. I will be signing up for another year 😁
