I TRIED IT FOR SEVEREL HOURS TO PICK UP MY GOODS BUT RIDER TAKDE. KALAU ADA PUN IN THE MIDDLE RIDER CANCLE.I USE GRAB TAK SAMPAI 30MINUTES DH DAPAT RIDER.TUUTUP JELAH LALAMOVE NI KALAU TAKNAK AMIK ORDER!

I ordered at 10pm. And i got wrongly pinned the place. When i want to cancel, it’s said i need to contact CS. But unfortunately, CS only available at 8am. The order keeps floating keep finding new rider. Saddest is the rider need to bare the penalty when he received the order and cancel the order (if not my order keep finding another rider). I will never use this apps again!

if you need low quality delivery service as the driver will deliver your items for 2 hours which only need 30mins.

Their drivers will just use different way to scam your money and the platform wont even provide 24/7 online help. They will drag the case day by day
