Potential scam, unfulfilled purchase
As game would be good if there weren’t so many ads, I made a purchase — it said any purchase will stop the ads. Not only do I still get a ton of ads (almost every button press opens an ad), but I did NOT receive the coins & diamonds purchased either. I thought I would give benefit of the doubt & email them (with screenshot evidence) about the purchase I did not receive — that was on 4 January 2025. The problem still hasn’t been fixed, no refund given, and no email reply. I know it was only one of their smaller purchase amounts, but I feel like I have been scammed. As I write this, it’s now 8 January 2025; I’m not holding my breath, but will allow until Monday 13 January 2025 before deleting the app for good (this allows for well over a week, which I think is fair). If the problem is fixed, I will edit my review more positively & continue playing.
