Language Translator by Mate

It's a front end for Bing and Google translate that anonymizes your queries. That's how I understood it. The translation quality is mediocre at best. What's worse, the devs are active on socials, but app development has stalled. Last update 2 years ago. Another app, 4 years ago. Plenty to fix, nothing being done. Don't buy.

Remek alkalmazás, de folyamatosan kell karbantartani, frissíteni. Jó lenne ha visszajelzések alapján is tennék ezt. Köszönjük!

OSX appként bevált, Chrome bővítményként már nem annyira, itt pedig egyáltalán nem, a Google Translate egyszerűen jobb, reklámok nélkül.

I’ve canceled the app and this company keeps trying to bill my card.

This app is excellent and functions exactly as advertised. However, the $6 monthly subscription fee is difficult to justify for my usage pattern. I primarily use it for a limited number of sites—probably fewer than five—and often go a week or two without needing it at all. While I understand the developer likely invests time in updates and maintenance, the current pricing model doesn't align well with my intermittent use. For users like me, who appreciate the app but don't require it daily, a lifetime subscription option would be ideal. The app's quality is undeniable, and I'd be more inclined to make a one-time purchase for long-term access. This would allow me to support the developer's work while better suiting my occasional usage needs. I hope the developer considers introducing a lifetime subscription tier, as it would make the app much more accessible for users with similar usage patterns to mine.

Don’t waste time if thinking it’s usable at all for free. Taking advantage of iOS bad labeling practices. That GET button doesn’t mean anything but a trap. Not willing to pay any company who practices this.
