Overall fun game but frustrating how greedy the purchase system has become demanding crazy amounts of "gems" for every upgrade of weapons and support items (ammo, medipacks and such). With weapon ability downgraded with last update it's impossible to play without upgrading weapons.

I’m done with the dungeon and the desert level has opened but I cannot play I don’t know if I should rate it one or five cuz it’s bad I can’t continue to play please can you help me out
What happened?
This used to be an amazing game a long time ago- I had finished it all, but once in a while I liked playing again ( and hoped it be extended). These are the main problems: This game doesn’t save your progress so if you erase it from your phone or get a new phone you have to start over from zero; you will also lose any purchases. Right now only the jungle first tier downloads, so the rest of the game is unavailable. Finally there is no way to communicate with anyone if you have trouble with this game. It seems to be not a playable multiple tier game, but a way for “them” to collect and sell your data.
