I like the game but I hope to add Palestinian flag

Buggy client, unresponsive support, loss of time and money

The client is extremely buggy and glitchy. On AvA days, I score points enough to unlock boxes, yet it reflects the score but does not unlock the boxes. The villa doesn’t even show the option to access “love text”. Everytime I try to use the maintenance tool, I end up with the same issues and a backlog of emails and messages that I had already read before (weeks ago). On SvS the client is always glitchy, on special events like Gift Bonanza, I completed all tasks and didn’t receive the gifts. I can keep going on how many issues are there, even with market purchases. But the worst of it all is, when you reach out and try to contact support, all you get is silence and nothing more. I have been trying to reach out to support for weeks but no reply. So, I decided to actually review and feedback here.

The phone gets very hot playing or using the game, it crashes many times.

No progress for the entire day. No worth a dime!

Had very low expectations even before downloading and trying it. Played for about two hours and I say okay-ish game for living up to its ad saying it is what the ad gives. But the biggest hole in the game is that: 1) it is very laggy. The motions aren’t smooth and the game doesn’t recognize my touching not that well. 2) it’s a hybrid of typical Rise of Civilization type mechanics plus actual ad represented game play. Sums up: just don’t try it unless you are curious or you are like dying of boredom.
