Very bad customer service

If you are stuck, you are on your own. Their system is constantly bugging. Very bad experience overall.

Doesn't work

After years of using lastpass in a good way, suddenly my password doesn't work anymore. Tried to reset the password in different ways (laptop, face recognition in the app) and I succeeded in that, but when I enter my new password I still don't have access to my account. Also I'm unable to connect to customer service since you need to be logged in to do so. Such a shame.

Do not use

So this app automatically switches off FaceID on my Iphone and now i am locked out with no option to recover my master pw… so basically i lost everything now, there is a reason why you activated FaceID, so this very bad design, so if you use this app make sure you write down on a piece of paper or you lose everything! I wouldn’t recommend the app!

Werkt perfect!

Dankzij de LastPass app (Premium) heb ik overzicht over mijn wachtwoorden en zijn ze veilig opgeslagen. Ik gebruik de app en verschillende browser extensies. Werkt perfect!

From good to bad to worse

LP started off as a useable password manager. Years of "enhancement" have turned it increasingly into a user nightmare. TFA that never works as it should. Push messages to authenticor that never arrive. Endless re-verification of already approved countries just because the VPN changed the IP address. Completely erroneous message of too many failed login attempts with actual count of ZERO. Touch ID disabled by administrator and setting blocked for change. I am the administrator, did not disable this and want correct the error but can't as the field is blocked. LP forces me to increasingly store passwords in iOS or in Windows in the browser I use to avoid utter frustration in attempting to login on accounts or apps.

Werkt heel prettig

Werkt goed, fijn dat het via de cloud werkt. Gebruik het bijna dagelijks. Is een goede backup naast twee andere wachtwoordbeheerders. Fijn dat ik ook belangrijke teksten kan opslaan.
