AEG CM Conference App

Every time I open it says error fetching frequent flyer data. Delete, updated. Nothing works.

I couldn’t download the new app in Amsterdam or Paris. Also I couldn’t open my boarding pass in my iPhone. LATAM is a wonderful airline so please keep making improvements.

Buggy app that basically does nothing. Can’t check in. Can’t view booking. Can’t see status. Can’t select seat. Can’t add baggage. Doesn’t matter what you do there is some error and malfunction. To add insult to injury; when it errors out; it default back to Spanish language from English. Such a useless app.

App is locked in portuguese and Brazilian currency although I do not live there. Never managed to use the points as it forces me to top up with brazilian currency and brazilian bank account.

This app is dangerous - the gate details and times are wrong. I nearly missed my LATAM flight because of it, only by asking the staff (in Portuguese) did I just get my flight. Do not use - LATAM staff tell you the app is wrong and not to use it.

So difficult to use, needs a complete overhaul. Lined at the info desk testimony to that!

I am not happy with the seat given me from LATAM, in the last row and by window, thank you very much! I tried to book a better place, and after chosen the seat, could not finalise payment, not in the App, neither in the website. After hours trying, it added to the stress getting ready to travel.

The best airline app I have come across .. Cannot fault it or suggest how it can improve. .. I recommend it to anyone who is a frequent flyer .. 10/10
