I wasted 2 hours on the phone with customer service and several more hours by myself on their app and website trying to change a flight. Incredibly frustrating and they wouldn’t compensate me for wasting so much of my time due to their “systems being down” and a couple of the slowest people i’ve ever had the misfortune of speaking with on the phone. After trying to take payment for and hour, the lady put in the wrong expiry date for my 2nd card and then gave up and told me to try again tomorrow. Tomorrow being too late for a flight change. A comatose person would’ve been more efficient.

With the last app update my app changed to Spanish. Had always been in English prior to this. It seems to think that I live in Uruguay now, instead of the Falkland Islands where I am. The only way that I can use it in English is to log out, and then change country. You cannot change country while logged in. Very annoying. Contacted LATAM but didn’t get any help. If I log back in it automatically changes to Spanish again. Utterly useless to me at the moment.

The app is not the best but is normal after many companies became online only support, or no support at all. You can’t found simple solution in the app the phone contact is worst with an automatic reply who leave you nowhere, absolutely waist of time. An I really not sure if our opinion is really important to all this companies.

Really bad service.. their staff very rude with the passengers.. not friendly not helping.. very slow service staff they don’t care or mind about the passengers flay time.. I lost my flight on 26/11/2023 … because of that staff treating and behavior…I made a complain on the phone but they didn’t take any action.. I never use this airline anymore.. tap air is better than that company

Muita decepção com a latam… fiz 2 viagens via latam de navegantes para Londres -Londres -navegantes em 2022 Agora em 2023 fiz novamente Navegantes -Londres -navegantes….. e essas viagem não contam pontuações …. E alem do mapa s me cobraram excesso de bagagem porque nao me subiram minha categoria…. Ainda q eu tenha viajado na primeira classe … Nao vale a pela viajar com essa companhia Nao merece classificação nenhuma

One of the worst apps of air companies I have used. I cannot see my boarding pass, the app crash every second. I imagine hose many security flaws it must have. You should take some programming classes to your devs!

App de vocês tá horrível não consegue fazer nada

So difficult logging in with the app, keeps saying service not available! Keeps getting time out. Has contact numbers that are no longer in service! So poor. Airplane was so old and run down!
