LATAM Airlines

I purchased a ticket the same time as my girlfriend. Her ticket was accepted mine wasn’t. After waiting two hours they gave me the ticket but they gave me different departure and return times. They gave me a ticket with different times without asking me….

My flights are not on the app, I try to add them, I can find them but it does not add my flights to the list. I try to purchase baggage on future flight and enter info for that flight but it goes to another window saying you cannot purchase baggage for the past flights. Their Website on iPhone is even worse, my flights after logging is not there, and there is an area on the bottom to find your flight “ Your trip is not on the list?” I click on it the areas that I need to put my info there appear for 1 second then they disappear. Inside the flight they look at you as a body on a seat and not a human being. On one of my long flights with them they did not even bother to give the instructions in English, as well! Everything captain and crew said was in Spanish.

Neither app or website function properly at times. Site down or unable to process. Tried several cards (called companies to unblock but they didn’t receive a charge), tried US, Peru, and Chilean website. Next day price went up and called company but made 0 attempt to credit or provide some additional service. No issues when agent processed payment.

It is difficult to navigate it. Some functions do not work, and when you try it and doesn’t work it sends you back to the top of the page making you try by starting all over again, for not working again! Hire another site developer and fire the old one.

Pésimo, maletas de bodega destruidas y maleta de mano nueva obligada a enviar a bodega también destruida, atraso de vuelos que hicieron perder conexión, no hay Nadie que dé información o se haga responsable, en vuelo que se retrasó el personal indica que hay q retirar las maletas de bodega porque el siguiente sale al siguiente día, lo mismo indicaron cuando se averiguó en el chat de Instagram de LATAM, sin embargo luego de esperar las maletas en Colombia y nunca salieron al rodillos, busque a un persona de LATAM que por cierto no habían para dar información y sorpresa me indica lo contrario a lo me dijeron y que las maletas internamente se desplazaron al vuelo siguiente después de perder tiempo y descanso. El vuelo llegó a Colombia al rededor de las 10 de la noche y a las 2 de la madrugada recién estaba en el hotel que personalmente tuve que gestionar con LATAM porque ellos no aparecieron para hacerse responsable. Es decepcionante que por email y chat Instagram pidan “disculpas y que eso sirve para mejorar” pero supongo es la respuesta copiada a todos los clientes. No hacen nada por compensar todos los inconvenientes y estrés que se pasa. Fue mi primer vuelo solo, porque apenas cumplí 18 años y tuve pasar por todos esos problemas. Los atrasos de vuelos pueden pasar en todas las aerolíneas y eso se puede entender pero las contradicciones en la información y no aparecer para solucionar es lo terrible

As a foreign user, much of my interaction for Latam is via smartphone. It is often a poor and frustrating experience. Alas, South America has few other options. Good opportunity for other carriers...

It’s nearly impossible to set up an account with this airline so one can view your flights and do any changes if you need to. I’ve been waiting nearly a month for my app to be operational.

It is the worse app I ever used, if you try to login from US it show an error and ask you to look at the browser’s console for more information, what??? Are you kidding me? LATAM you definitely need to invest more on your developers
