The app has a gorgeous UI and is very functional and easy to use however I would appreciate notifications prior to when payments are due and on days they are due, it would be nice to see latitude take care of its customers like Afterpay does instead of making profit off of late fees for late payments you were not made aware of.

This app by Latitude Finance is misleading. They claim “no interest, no fees,” but actually charge $7–$8 per month in hidden fees. Over a year or two, that adds up to almost $100 or more extra. Customer service assured me there were no fees if I paid on time, but that was false. I feel deceived—avoid this service and check the fine print!

Good app, easy to navigate, can turn on and off historic cards. Would like to be able to set up re-occurring payments that can be easily modified as the figure changes during different promotional periods. Not happy that it is set up to post statements and charge you a fee - should be asked that on Home Screen before first statement so you can modify it to be emailed and never pay a fee. Would like each group of promotional plan payments to show their payout figure divided by their months (exc. monthly fee) so it’s easier to calculate my actual repayments

They used to be good. I was not receiving a verification code, contacted them a couple of times to resolve but never happened. Advising me to wait 10+ days to get it resolved, so i have closed my account. Well what’s the point of approving the application get the funds and can’t go ahead with the purchase? The regret part is latitude is in my f*nkng credit report now. Asked them to clear my data, but they said it can’t happen before 7-8 years.

The process went quite smoothly. Not sure why I need to verify my bank account when the money came directly out from my savings account. (I have paid other companies the  same way many times). I had to wait 1 business day  (that means I have to wait until
today after the weekend) to get the debit amount from 28 deg to verify my account.
