## Laya App Description
At laya healthcare we are constantly trying to make things a little easier for our members and our recent app update allows you to manage your health insurance and healthcare needs all in the one place. 

Simply take or upload a picture of your day to day medical expense receipts and submit them directly to our Claims Department for assessment through the Laya App.

We have also amalgamated our CareOnCall app so that members can contact Digital GP services including face to face video consultations with a GP, an online prescription service and access to home testing kits. Because this is an app you will want to keep using, we’ve enabled Touch & Face ID for speedy and secure login.

The AI tool freezes and barely works. Subma claim crashes the app, claim still submitted but it looks like it didn't because of the crash

When it’s time to renew your coverage, the app doesn’t actually tell you how much you owe; it lets you enter any amount you’d like, regardless of whether it’s 10% or 1000% of what you’re supposed to pay. 

Also, this app continuously adjusts the volume on my phone when I’m using it for some reason. It won’t allow you to have volume off; it must be at least 1. Weird bug that should be fixed.

When I use this app, it usually opens safari in a new window to show my membership details. I didn't get it, if I am going to use safari why this app existed in the first place? Please developed this app to be fully functional and remove the browser redirects. I can easily say it's lazy app development. It seems like an app on the app store but it's just a bookmark loader.

It’s not an App. Absolutely no difference whatsoever to saving a home page from any browser on your phones Home Screen. Furthermore it just links you to the website leaving browser links open everytime you access it. It’s completely and utterly redundant. I’ve linked Laya’s login homepage to my iPhones Home Screen. More efficient & effective as it doesn’t load multiple pages. Sort out an update. So rubbish!

### **--- "Not a one stop shop"
The app is progress over other previous versions but it still has problems. For example, there are a range of functions that take you from the app to your browser where you have to login again. That makes no sense these days. 
There is a big too with the digital GP services where you have to accept terms and conditions but when you do - nothing happens.

I find this app very user unfriendly. 
Have tried many times to submit outpatients claims but always takes far too much time to get it done.
