We love banking with Listerhill, but this is possibly the most useless, featureless app ever! You can make a payment and that’s about it. You can’t even view transactions more than 30 days old. As great as LCU’s regular banking app is, the company shouldn’t even put its name on this app!! Spend the $ for your members and figure out a way to combine this pitiful app with your TERIFFIC banking app!

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! This App has been nothing but trouble for me. I have had to call and unlock my account 4 times in a week due to the fact that it would not accept my password. Even though my info was correct I would still get an error message.

This is the most, backwards app I’ve come across. I’ve tried to set up alerts on ALL transactions, on my credit card. I want to be alerted to anything over $.01. There’s so much fraud these days, this is the only way, I can keep track of fraudulent activity on my card. 

There is no one to help you set up the alerts, and the way they have the alerts set up, makes no sense at all. 
They need to make it to where, you request ALL transactions, on the card, over a set limit, i.e $0.01, that the customer chooses. Then any transaction over that amount, automatically sends you an alert, just that simple. 

 Yet, they want you to choose what type of business, location region, weather it’s internet or a store etc... just make an all transactions and leave it at that. 

To top it off,  I can’t even log into the app. I keep getting an error code. It’s beyond aggravating! There shouldn’t even be 2 apps, all of the accounts info should be on 1 app.

The app will open or work. It worked fine when I first downloaded it but I guess they never update it or do bug fixes because when I try to open it it just sits on the red screen with the L. I guess I took the L when I got this card. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but it is stuck on the red screen. I have tried to access my credit card account online but it only takes me to my checking as for some reason they arnt Sync he’d like my friends are. Overall bad quality app just needs to be fixed and there shouldn’t be 2 separate apps anyway.

I tried to register my credit card and it didn't work. I tried 6 times, it even told me my first name is wrong and I had to try a nickname and it still didn't work. It gave me an error code on everything I tried while registering even card number didn't work, weird.
