Why can’t we see the previous message or conversation thread when sending an email in this app? When you hit reply everything disappears and it just has the subject and “compose email” in the field. I need to see what I’m replying to while I’m replying. I’ve never seen anything like this in any email or messaging app.

I had a potential lead book an appointment on my calendar a week and a half ago, but I never received a notification and I just realized I missed last week’s appointment. This needs to be fixed!!! We need notifications in order to make this agency work for us.

This app is total garbage. No matter how many times you open a conversation or notification, or click to make said conversation or notification “read” it will not stop showing as an unread notifications.

Even when you select the filter for “unread” and nothing show up, there is still the icon with an unread notification number designated.

Complete and utter garbage of an app. 

The function of the app is almost nonexistent. 

You cannot manage opportunities, cannot accurately manage conversations, and cannot manage to get proper notifications for when conversations actually need attention.

This app is a complete waste of time and energy.

If it did all it was supposed to, it would be amazing, 50%of the time I have to log in from a laptop, which isn’t always feasible for an entrepreneur on the go!

I can’t log into the app. All data just disappeared and wouldn’t stop buffering. I logged out and now can’t log in, error message keeps showing ‘could not log in’. Help please. No way to even contact support

I like this app, is very useful! Unfortunately this app is not as user friendly as other crms like podio or sales force.

Here’s what I believe would improve the user experience: 

1. The task manager section should be easier to read and easy to mark tasks as completed. For example; Podio and salesforce apps are very easy to see the tasks that are due for the day, easy to understand, easy to navigate, and easy to get completed. Unfortunately leadconnector is very confusing and unclear. 

2. the task manager section doesn’t get updated on the phone if I complete a task on the computer. For me to update the pending tasks on the phone app I need to logout and log back in which is annoying. 

3. The app should run smoother. Trying to navigate on the app or send messages takes too long and its slow and not a smooth experience at all. I know it’s the app and not my phone because my phone is brand new and runs other apps very smoothly and quickly.

I have been trying for weeks to contact the sales department to get pricing, and have not received any response from the contact form. There are no phone numbers to call, either. They won’t even allow potential customers to sign up for an account (and I’ve tried)….

It’s a shame I was very excited to try their services, but the lack of access is ridiculous.

Very unreliable especially when you need to rely on it! Always need to close out the app to get it to load. Doesnt let you know when a sent message fails, takes forever to load old conversations if it even allows you! Terrible terrible app!

The app is helpful but with phone number integration there are no notifications when you receive a text. This means I have to go into the app constantly just to see if there are any texts in my conversation. I have notifications set to "On" on my phone so I know that's not the issue, it clearly seems like a problem with the app. Why have all of these nice features but not be able to receive any notification of a possible lead?
