Electronic 5S is here ! A complete and easy to use brand new Lean App which will allow you to perform and share your 5S audits in a very simple way.

Losing time on filling documents, collecting data and searching for errors in the data has ended! From now on you have the 100% of your time to explode the added value of being on the field and applying corrections live.

An app which will make you gain time and have a competitive advantage over others.

The questions and advices have been selected between the world best practices and validated by Lean Manufacturing experts.

This App will allow you, among other things, to:

• Perform a 5S audit composed by 5 big families of 5 questions each for a total of 25 questions which will guide you through your research of improvement.
• Check the evolution in the time of the audit's mark in a selected perimeter.
• Get advice about doing a 5S workshop.
• Configure the different auditors and perimeters.
• Filter the performed audits by perimeter, observer and/or date.
• Create a photo gallery related to each perimeter so that you can see the visual evolutions.
• Plan measures with a pilot and a term.
• Customize questions and topics.
• Define the time that you are going to take for the audit and be aware of how much of it remains.
• Obtain a global mark of your 5S audit and a detailed mark for each family.
• Export your reports on PDF and in .Fives format.
• Import 5S audits performed in other devices using .Fives format.
• Send the audit by mail with just a tap to the pre-registered recipients.
• Read the audits in the language of the device.
