The scan estimates your body fat percentage and scores nine areas out of 100: overall, potential, body fat, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and core. No tape measure. No calipers. No clinic appointment. A single body fat number tells you very little on its own. Knowing your back is sitting ten points behind your shoulders tells you what to do on Monday. That's the difference. Direction instead of guesswork. Your calorie and macro targets are built from your own scan, your weight, and how you actually spend your day. Walk more and the target moves with you. Say what you ate out loud and LEAN logs it in seconds. Training programmes are aimed at your lowest scores. Log your sets as you go. Personal records are detected automatically.
