i used the app for the first time after a friend said its got good exchange rates

but we both got stuck with our money and lemfi is making lame excuses about the bank holiday in pakistan.
when i have sent money with tapatap literally 2 hrs ago and it went straight away in 10 minutes.

btw my money is still stuck with them
i told them to release my money but they are not doing that either

I used this app for a few months maybe 2-3 and I was sending money back and forth, there was nothing suspicious going on whatsoever? However during a routine check, Lemfi decided to block my account for no reason? I showed proof and evidence, as well as bank statements, yet they blocked off my access to the app, so i don’t recommend this app whatsoever.

On nov 5 i have sent money to india  after the successful transaction i have seen that the last digit of the account number is wrong then i called them within no time. They said it will reflect you within 8 weeks . I also enquired with my bank is there any account number existed with the account number i have sent. They said there is no account number . Samething said to lemfi but they are saying its not our mistake its yours we can’t guarantee your money . Where will the money go if there no account number associated with it. We will wait a week that is 8weeks. Then we will raise a complaint to cyber security . Applications like Vance ,remilty , paypenny . If we type the account number they will show the name to which the account number belongs to . But there is no such thing to lemfi.
Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
