I’m 29 and apparently not eligible to use the app what is that about! Utter joke!

I really like this app because it gives me so many ideas of things to do/bake!!!! Download this app if you get bored easily like I do!!!

I’m sure lemon8 is a great lifestyle app but my only problem is that when I downloaded it and put my age in (I’m 14) it said I’m not eligible for the app and the thing is the app says that the minimum age is 12. I then selected 26 to see if it would change but it still said I’m not eligible. Please could you fix this issue?

I signed up for the app when it came out, made an account and everything. Fast forward to few months after, I can’t login, because my age is not eligible and I am 40 years old. Tried different dates, tried reinstalling the app, nothing seems to work. Such a shame.

I don’t like the app because it say its 12+and they won’t let me enter I’m 16

It says I’m not eligible even though I’m 28!

i just went to download the app and i put my birthday in and says i’m not old enough for the app even though it’s 12+ and i’m 16 it makes so sense to me

When i tried to put my birthday in to make an account it wouldn’t let it go through and said it is not eligible. I’m singing up for me and my mother to use. So I put 2006 since it says 12 plus but when that didn’t work my mother said to put in 2001 to try and see if it was over 18, since she would be using it too. That didn’t work either. So from the get go this app doesn’t work. Might have actually liked it if this was useable! 😕

i’ve tried putting in my date of birth (not going to say when)and has told me i am not eligible? i then tried again and it still didn’t work!
