Lenme is a lending platform that connects people looking to borrow money with financial institutions, lending businesses, and individual investors looking to invest in the loan market. Users remain completely anonymous throughout the entire borrowing/lending process. For transparency and to encourage a fair and competitive market, the “feed” tab within the app allows users to see which loans are being funded and at what interest rate.

Lenme offers monthly and annual subscription plans available via In-App Purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

Crypto-backed loans, our new product allows investors to fund cash loans backed by cryptocurrency owned by the borrower. Cryptocurrencies are used as collateral and may be liquidated in case of default or sudden price drop of the held currency.

Since our app is not directly involved in the lending decision, we cannot guarantee the interest rate borrowers will be offered. I’ve recieved multiple offers from lenders and when it comes time for the contract they don’t sign it. It’s really sad and misleading because I’m excited to get the loan I need and there’s lenders being extremely misleading. Lenders should have to sign the contract when agreeing to fund the loan so borrowers aren’t being mislead time and time again.

For starters, I didn’t know that when you are borrowing money, your borrowing it from another person rather than a institution. Second, it took the person 1 day to accept my loan request and 3 DAYS to pay me and that doesn’t even include the time I had to wait for the money to hit my account. On top of that, the customer service is terrible, the only way they have for you to reach out is through email and they never respond. I had one person respond with simply saying “yes” which did not help me with anything and then had the nerve to send me a review request. Well here is your review, do not fall for this trap. It’s ridiculous.
