This round try Lenskart. Totally disappointed. My son also try Lenskart, the frame is fragile, in the end he went for owndays instead. Hope the next collection won't disappoint us. I even recommend my sis kids to purchase lenskart. Hope their r ok

Recently acquired their eyewear and had a 1st class experience and was showered with attention from 2 staffs on duty. Always a step ahead with my immediate requirements . Pointless to order via their online store as physical shop doesn’t even have the exact model. Waste of time to head down to do an eye check/fitting when they don’t even have the exact model.

I had the pleasure of working with Chantelle from IMM, who helped me find the perfect pair of computer glasses for my needs. She guided me in selecting the right lenses with blue light blocking based on my prescription. The glasses are affordable, comfortable, and have made a noticeable difference. Thank you Chantelle!! Went to get my newly received specs (Less than a week of the received date) to be exchanged due to clear defects of the spec’s frame coating. A female sales assistant who assisted me was extremely rude, invalidating my point when I pointed out the defects of the frame. Only for her to say, changing to a new frame will eventually still get scratch as the spectacle frame coating is like that. The fact that I bought spectacles from Lenskart expecting to receive a good quality one that will last way more than 1 week is the only reason why I bought from Lenskart. How would the sales assistant feel if she spend $380 just to receive a specs that has multiple defects on it? Has she ever thought of that before making that comment? Apparently not. On top of how disappointed I am of the quality, the bad service that I have received has negatively affected my impression of Lenskart. Will never ever purchase from your shop nor reccomend it to a friend with how poorly my experience have been with Lenskart thus far. If I could rate it 0 I would.
