Better but still not there…
UPDATE: Since the app was updated, I can now connect my phone to the device. However, the option to share the device with another user is not present even though this is referred to in the manual. I hope that another update will add this option…? PREVIOUS: I follow the instructions in the app but when it connects via Bluetooth, there’s no (i) button in the Bluetooth settings in order to ‘ignore this device’ as the instructions state. I can’t therefore complete the process to connect the device to my phone. I’ll update this review if I receive a reply to the various messages that I’ve sent and actually manage to get it working.
