App won’t even work but when you call they refer to the app asking have you tried the app. Well not being funny if the app would work then yes

Just can’t ever log in the app just gos to a loading error.

Very difficult to contact with long waits even to get a quote and couldn’t get a quote from the website. Can’t imagine trying to get a claim through.
