Bought coins never got them
I bought coins and it went through my bank but when I went to purchase an episode the coins I JUST BOUGHT are not in my account I went to customer support and it said to restart the app or request a refund!! I did both and after reading some reviews I’m not sure if my refund will be approve! ( I screenshotted my bank account and App Store and the app so i have all the proof) so save your time and money don’t use this app!!! It’s just easier to find them for free online!!!!!!!

doesn’t let you do age verification on the app and you have to go to the actual website and coins are wayyyy too expensive 😭

The app is great, and the translation is generally accurate. However, my only concern now is that there haven't been any ads for a while now so I'm forced to buy coins. Due to my geographic area (Canada) there should be ads but there are none. Hope they fix this soon!!

I wish we could be given enough coins + watching ads (15 per day) that can give us a free episode every day, or at least give that to VIP’s (which I have). A lot of the stories have so many chapters that it would still take MONTHS to read with a free episode every day and I think way more people would join this app and like it more if we were either given enough coins or the costs for the stories were lowered (even by 5 coins).
The free coin zone is a scam
So I did several quizzes and stuff trying to get coins so I could one single chapter of a nice little story I found, it clearly said on my screen: “claim your reward” but oh look, there’s no coins in my account. What a joke

EDIT: Maximum only 5 ad videos that we can watch per day?? Compared to Tapas and Tappytoon’s 30 per hour… siiiiiigh
Please let us watch ads for free coins! 😭😭 The current free-coin tasks ask for so much personal info and the 10 bonus coins per weekday expire so quickly that you can only buy 1 episode (since most eps cost 30 each) and the remaining 20 have to be either wasted or spent on discounted series that change weekly so it would take years to collect all the eps of a series. I’m happy to watch hours of ads for y’all to have revenue.
