even iphones hae nfc function your app is currently saying is not provoked by my app , u need yo fix it

This app used to work, then it got updated and consistently fails to connect to my TV. Trouble shooting etc. nothing works. LgTV is just behind everyone in terms of functionality like parental controls etc Should have bought a Philips

I come across here , to write a review of the most useless application ever come across on the internet, and remember we are in 2024 , the year where humanity can use AI and all stuff. LG did a great job with their products, especially TV’s , high quality image, high quality sound , but worst application to use on those devices. I am on the same wifi with my tv and took ages to connect the “smart” remote to my tv , if I move my phone on another network, you’re screwed, no input at all , so I moved back to my previous wifi where other devices are connected, and I had to reset , update, remove, add endless movements only for getting this application to work. After successfully connecting, work for 1 month and now again does not work. Or you can do a proper job on this or not , otherwise it is useless. My advice for developers? Remove this piece of useless application from APP store.

I’ve been waiting for Dark mood over a year I use this app as my tv remote and it will great to get the night mood

In my experience, this has never worked properly, used for about three years. I use it for televisions, app either won’t connect to TVs, find TVs, or drops TVs. I would give it zero, however that’s not a choice.

I have LG TV’s and split AC units. The app was working perfectly with remote access to allow me control my heating system before I got home. The latest App upgrade has some glitch. When away from home the fan coils and all TV seemingly disconnect from the network and show as not available. But I know the appliances have not disconnected from the home WiFi network and it’s the app that’s showing the appliances as being not connected. Please have a look at this functionality

My touch pad on the remote isn’t working but the rest is , I only got the app to use touch pad it was working before and sudden stopped

I just want to use my phone as a tv remote over Wi-Fi but I need to create an account and give the app location data to even look up a TV model. Another cloud based invasive system that will stop working in a few years when all I want is my phone to talk to my TV.

Sat down at 5:30pm to install an app on my TV, had to download an app on my phone, create an account. Then reset the account as it decided I'd entered the password wrong 5 times after a single sign in attempt. Took 25 minutes in all to simply install 1 app on my TV, ridiculous.
