Libby, the library app

As a Libby user for a few years and library member for decades this app and the audio & ebooks and magazines are a bookworms dream come true Thank you thank you thank you

Libby is just what I need for finding great books. Audio books in particular are perfect when I’m watering my garden and would like hands free information. I’m learning so much from a great range of non fiction

Libby Is awesome, way better than any other book apps.

So glad i found this app it has bought my reading back

Crime drama series written by mother and son, which takes us back to Europe and around WW1 time often. I’ve read or audio-booked all that has been written by them. In general Libby is a godsend so many titles to choose from

When u try to hold a book it will aways too weeks to months of waiting Just go to the library

This app is mostly fine but it’s so frustrating when you’re looking for a book and it doesn’t appear in the search results. In OverDrive I used to be able to request a book my library didn’t have and then they would sometimes acquire it. Now, the book just doesn’t appear, even when I do a ‘deep search’, so I can’t request books for my library to acquire and I have to find some other way of getting these books. I also think the tagging system is clunky and difficult to understand and use.

Great app love it great books audiobooks and magazines

Not sure who selects the books (too many romance and AI written books) and who is building the platform please allow filters to be saved until changed, eg exclude audio books, subjects eg romance, foreign languages etc.

I love the available resources Particularly the ebook because I travel a lot by train and it is easy to keep abreast of new releases.
