The worst app ever. For me in three orders two I have any kind of problem. There’s no one to delivery, so you wait one and half hour to get a message said you order was cancel. Some orders simply takes more than two hours. Basically when you are hungry and order something it’s a lottery if you will eat or not. Terrible
The app always debt my allowance given by my company but payment fails. Result, I don’t use my allowance and the cash in the money.
Waited for more than 2 hours for an order that wasn’t delivered, and all I got was “I’m sorry I can’t do anything”. No money refund either
Not so difficult to have an UX designer hired
No way to contact the restaurant even if your order is 2h late. No way to save your address properly. Only way to report a problem is by email, so don’t expect them to assist you fast enough. They also take the credibility from you feedback if you report the delivery took too long, what a shame. Extra: App has a horrible user experience.

Bought something from Burger King inside your app and the food was completely wrong and cold. I can’t even review the place inside the app.
Bought a pizza, there was no contact from the place. It said it would took 45, minutes. 1h later found the place phone in google, called and they said the system was no working and too make a new order in 1 hour. Made a new order in a different place, take 5 minutes to arrive. 1 hour later the first order arrived and I needed to pay for it. Trying to contact just redirect to email, no way to contact via the app.
In the ordering phase they estimate few minutes. Actually it took more than one hour.
