The Tecarta customer service is really ‘on the ball’ and ready to help when help is needed. It matters not whether you’re a free user or a paid customer they will willingly and patiently help you. Spoke to one Sister Richelle at their customer service desk and explained my problem and she got on it right away and solved my problem.
